Joel Greenberg & Associates was established in 1976 by Joel Greenberg Architect. In 2007 the name of the firm was changed to Architectural Visions, PLLC. Joel Greenberg remains the principal of the firm.

Architectural Visions, PLLC is a full service architectural design firm that specializes in sustainable, innovative, high quality design. We are dedicated to improving the quality of life of our clients by providing custom designed buildings, restoration of buildings and Site Analysis solutions for any project. Our goal is to listen to our clients, determine their needs, and provide each project with the time required to meet those needs. We believe that all of our projects deserve the proper amount of attention no matter how small or large.

Successful architecture must position itself clearly along the spectrum of past, present, and future. Buildings must meet today's and tomorrow's needs. To work over the long term, a great facility must ennoble the past, enhance the present, and provide for the future by balancing continuity and change. This is achieved through thoughtful programmatic considerations and flexibility in planning. Good solutions must meet functional needs with creative responses to aesthetics and budget. Visual unified design concepts must be consciously conceived. The building must be a part of its surroundings and read as a totality where the sum is not greater than the parts. Unity comes from internal rhythm, the building and materials, a sensitive appreciation of the site facilities, and using the ground in a proper way.

Our diverse staff provides the knowledge and expertise for each individual project commencing with thorough inspection and site analysis, representation at all municipal boards to obtain project approval, and the ground breaking and ribbon cutting ceremonies. We have a wealth of experience, having successfully accomplished residential, commercial, municipal, industrial, and institutional projects.
